Suburban Ride - Applecross

 

 

Photos from a suburb of Applecross. It is not necessary to go to a touristic area to enjoy a ride in Perth. One of the most popular pastime in this area seems to be boating and....... cycling.
パースからフリーウェイ沿いの自転車道を30分ほど南に走るとアップルクロスという場所に到着。ここは観光地でも何でもないですが、地元の人の船着場になってるようです。水辺も近いのでサイクリングには最適。

Urban Ride

Perth City is good to ride, as traffic is making everything difficult for drivers but still too easy for cyclists.

パースシティ第二弾。今回は中心→西側のビジネス街を散策。近年の好景気に伴いシティー内は建設ラッシュで新しいビルが次々と建てられています。

Monday Arvo in Freo

 

 

Fremantle, known as "Freo", is not only a weekend destination, it is also worth visiting on Mondays, when it doesn't get too crowded. Enjoy the local beer and feel the sea breeze after a bike ride to Freo.
フリーマントル（地元の人はフレオと呼ぶ）はパースから南に約20キロの港町。週末はマーケットや大道芸人でいついってもお祭り騒ぎなところだが、平日に行ってみるのもなかなかいいもの。サイクリングの後、海風を感じながら地ビールがゆっくり楽しんでみては。

Late Afternoon Cotto Ride

 

コテスロービーチ（通称:Cotto）はシティから約15キロ。延々と続くインド洋を片目にサイクリングなんていかが？
Cottesloe Beach, called Cotto by locals, is everybody's favorite beach. An easy 15km ride from Perth takes you to this beautiful paradise.

Rockingham Getaway

 

 

パースから南に35キロ。インド洋に面したゆっくりとしたビーチタウン、ロッキンハムがあります。こんな風景を見ながらレモンライムビターとフィッシュアンドチップスなんてどうでしょう。

Rockingham, so-called "Rocko" by locals, is located 35km south of Perth. Its an easy-sleepy beach front town.

Perth CBD Cruise

 パース市街地はスワンリバーのほとりにあります。市街地も中心地を離れると落ち着いた雰囲気でなので自転車で散歩するのもたまにはいいもんです。
Perth city is located by the Swan River. Although the City is busy, around the river is pretty cruisy.
